Marge Gagnon RN, MS, CNS is a graduate of SUNY Ulster, Mount Saint Mary College and Pace University. She is the executive director of The Rose Women’s Care Service whose mission is to provide information, conduct educational events, and make referrals for women and their families to make empowered choices for their health and wellbeing. She is the chair of the Age Well focus team of the Live Well Kingston initiative. As an educator, she has contributed to the health of the senior population through her outreaches that include the Ulster County Senior Care-A-Van, The Nurse Is in Program, and serves as the Chronic Disease Self-Management coordinator and program facilitator for Ulster County. She has coordinated programs that create awareness about the importance of the mental health issue of depression, implemented a risk assessment outreach for Women and Heart Disease , and the osteoporosis prevention education project– sponsored by the Office on Women’s Health.
