Bike Friendly Kingston hosts Slow Rides every Thursday night, 6pm, at the YMCA until October. Details are usually posted to an event in the Facebook group and an email newsletter sent out on the wednesday before. Helmets and lights are encouraged. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
