The music will be a powerful mix of smoky texas-style blues, funky R&B, classic rock & original compositions performed by Alayna Wyld, Scott Steyer, Bacco the Bassman

The Light Fare Menu will include the following organically sourced foods from Outdated Cafe.

• Kale and Tomato Tart (Black Horse Farm, Athens: Kale; Chaseholm Farms, Pine Plains: Tomatoes; local flour, Trumansburg.)
• Roasted Roots Salad, featuring Blackhorse and Hepworth Farms’ roots, maple syrup from Oliverea, housemade mustard.
• Leafy Greens’Salad with greens and microgreens from Sorbello and Blue Star Farms
• Buckwheat Apple Tart made with gold rush apples from Mead orchards and buckwheat from Trumansburg, NY
• Corn Cakes with local honey, made from Wildhive Farm blue cornmeal.
• Quintessential Quinoa, organic.
• Local ingredients: Eggs from Campanelli; milk from Ronnybrook.
• All coffees, teas, and iced tea organic or homegrown.
• Various soft drinks, desserts available to purchase.
