Please join the City of Kingston, the New York State Department of Transportation, and the Ulster County Transportation Council (UCTC) for a discussion of the preliminary roundabout plan to improve the intersection of Interstate 587 at Albany Avenue. Participants will have the opportunity to review the preliminary plan, ask questions and provide input.
