Orders being accepted now until April 1 for the Annual Seedling Sale Fundraiser
The temperature outdoors may be frigid but it’s never too early to start planning your garden! Get a head start now by taking advantage of a wonderful array of fresh seedlings being offered by our Master Gardeners at their annual seedling sale to benefit the Master Gardener Program of Ulster County.
Fruit and vegetable Items available this year include:
- Peach trees and currants
- Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
- Asparagus, rhubarb, horseradish
There are also two native plant bundles:
- Flowering native shrubs: White Dogwood, Elderberry, American Cranberry, Juneberry and Black Chokecherry
- Native perennials: Black-Eyed Susan and Oxeye Daisy, Foam Flower, Wild Geranium and Cardinal Flower
Plant markers and soil test kits will also be included in the sale. The seedlings are “bare root”, not balled stock, of stated sizes. All orders are subject to availability or supply. Get your orders in early to ensure availability and receive considerable savings on these incredible offerings!
NEW pick-up dates and location: May 4, 5, and 6, 2016 from 10am – 4pm at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County office, 232 Plaza Road (Hannaford Plaza) in Kingston.
