The Kingston Rail Trail project (PIN 8758.04) is a federally-funded initiative to connect the City of Kingston to the Hurley (O&W) Rail Trail.  The County’s engineering consultant, Barton and Loguidice, will present alternative trail routes that were evaluated and discuss the preliminary trail plans for the preferred alternative.  Public input will be welcomed following the presentation.
