Join Postpartum Chef Jodi Rae as she leads a workshop for expectant parents on how to build up a postpartum freezer stash of freezer-friendly nutritious meals and snacks designed to give you lasting energy during those early postpartum days.

The workshop is family-friendly! Kids ages 7 and up may attend with an adult.
Please arrive by 5:15pm to complete pre-workshop paperwork so that we may start promptly at 5:30pm. Late attendees might not be admitted depending on when they arrive. This is a safety issue as the beginning of the workshop includes kitchen safety instructions
