Join us for an afternoon dedicated to “chilling out” in the park with Reiki and Sound Healing. Brought to you by various members of the community including Heal Well Kingston, Ida Rivera and others from Healthcare is a Human Right, Micah from the Good Work Institute, Sound Healer Josie Delgado-Freaney, Art Therapist and Reiki Master Dahlia Jarrett, Kristina Safari from Kingston Reiki + Holistic Arts, and Sound Healers Theresa Widmann and Mary Beth Jacks.
Bring a blanket, water, snacks, friends and family. Stay for as long or little as you like. Relax in the park and receive the healing sounds of gongs, bowls and chimes and distance or light touch reiki.
